Accreditation & certification
Successful candidates will be awarded 2 postgraduate degrees:
1. Master of business administration from one of the top UK universities (University of Northampton).
2. Extended diploma in strategic management and leadership (Pearson BTEC level 7 qualification).

NB:Pearson is the UK’s largest awarding body which accredited by the UK government’s qualifications and curriculum authority (QCA), Pearson operates in 112 countries and every year.

Assessment
Assessment of this programme will be via assignments, typically one or two assignments per unit. These assignments will vary and include a mix of formal reports, presentations and practical tasks.

Target audience
MBA route is designed for those who work in business management or other sectors with responsibility for management and leadership You will develop a range of skills and techniques, personal qualities and attitudes essential for successful performance in the management sector.

Tuition fees and Scholarships
IARS believes that the effective use of human resources is an essential element for improving nations and corporate economic performance, accordingly IARS will provide a special fund for the MBA programme to assist in the development of the industry and trade sectors in MENA region as follows:

Fully Funded Scholarship (1 Scholarship available)
Criteria
• Holding Arab or African state Nationality.
• Management experience ( Not less than 7 years);
• Graduate with 2.2 (very good) or equivalent GPA.
• Very good command of English language (6.5 score ILETS Academic Exam)
• 2 professional reference letters (employers)

(55%) Funded Scholarship ( 5 Scholarships )
Criteria:
• Holding Arab or African state Nationality.
• Management experience ( Not less than 4 years)
• Graduate with 2.2 (very good) or equivalent GPA.
• Very good command of English language. (English proficiency proof is required)
• Two professional reference letters (employers).

(50%) Funded Scholarship (20 Scholarships):

- Two years work experience
- Very good command of English language.
- 2 professional recommendation letters (employers).
